Cookie / GDPR
GDPR rights (EEA residents)
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). These include the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to request correction or updating of your data, to ask for deletion in some cases, and to request a copy of your data in a portable format.
To exercise these rights, please contact us at info@tuuli-shop.com.
Your personal information is initially processed in the EU/EEA and may then be transferred outside Europe for storage and further processing (for example to Canada or the United States) in line with Shopify’s data protection framework and applicable law. For more information on Shopify’s approach to GDPR and international data transfers, please see: Shopify Privacy & GDPR information.
CCPA rights (California residents)
If you are a resident of California, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion of certain data, to receive your data in a portable format and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information for targeted advertising.
To exercise these rights, you can contact us at info@tuuli-shop.com. You can also use our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page (where available).
If you wish to appoint an authorised agent to exercise CCPA rights on your behalf, please contact us by email for instructions.

Cookie duration and control
The length of time a cookie stays on your device depends on whether it is a “session” or “persistent” cookie. Session cookies last until you close your browser. Persistent cookies stay until they expire or are deleted. Most cookies we use are persistent and typically last between 30 minutes and two years.
You can control and manage cookies in your browser settings. Removing or blocking cookies may affect how our site works and some features may no longer be available.
Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change this in your browser’s “Settings”, “Tools” or “Preferences” menu.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
There is currently no consistent industry standard on how to respond to “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals. For this reason, we do not change our data collection practices when we detect a DNT signal alone.
In some regions, we may treat supported browser signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) as a request to limit certain types of tracking and sharing, in line with local law and our Privacy Policy.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date at the end of this page shows when this policy was most recently revised.
