Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery

We offer free tracked shipping worldwide on all orders placed at Tuuli. Your order is shipped from Austria with trusted postal and courier services. Below you can find details about processing times, delivery estimates and customs.

Processing time

We prepare each order carefully before it leaves our warehouse.

  • Standard processing time: usually within 1–3 business days after you place your order.
  • Large or complex orders: in peak periods or for large / highly personalised orders, processing may take up to 10 business days.
  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Austrian public holidays.

If we expect a longer preparation time for your order, we will contact you by email.

Standard shipping (free worldwide)

Standard shipping is free for all destinations. Typical transit times after your order has been processed:

  • Europe: 2–10 business days
  • USA and Canada: 3–10 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–15 business days

Express shipping (if available)

For some destinations, we offer a paid Express option (for example DHL Express). When available, it will be shown at checkout. Typical Express transit times after your order has been processed:

  • Europe: 1–2 business days
  • USA and Canada: 1–3 business days
  • Rest of the world: 3–6 business days

Important: all delivery times above are estimates provided by carriers and are informative and non-binding. They do not include processing time, weekends, public holidays, or any time the shipment may spend in customs.

Order tracking

  • Every parcel is sent with a tracking number.
  • You will receive tracking details by email once your order has been shipped.
  • If tracking appears not to move for several days, please contact us so we can check with the carrier.

Customs and import taxes

Some countries charge customs duties, import taxes or handling fees on incoming parcels.

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their country.
  • These charges are collected by local authorities or carriers and are not paid to Tuuli.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

Unclaimed, refused or incorrect-address parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected, refused at delivery, or sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we will contact you.

  • We can resend the order to a corrected address. In this case, you may be asked to pay the cost of reshipping.
  • If you prefer a refund instead of reshipping, we will refund 70% of the product value. The remaining 30% is a restocking fee that helps cover packing, handling and the shipping costs we already incurred on a “free shipping” order.

This restocking fee does not apply when you make a normal return within our Return & Refund Policy or when you correctly exercise your legal right of withdrawal in the European Union.

Lost or severely delayed shipments

If your order seems lost or is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time:

  • Check the tracking information and your local post office or pick-up point.
  • If the parcel cannot be located, contact us at info@tuuli-shop.com with your order number and tracking number.

We will open an inquiry with the carrier and work with you on a fair solution in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
