Comfortable to hold, not as chunky or heavy as others which is great for smaller hands. Arrived quickly. Unfortunately there's a green mark on the center ball, looks like the woods been stamped with ink at some point. Although this doesn't effect its use I wanted to give this as a gift and it makes it appear second hand and not completely natural wood. Other than that I'm happy with the order.
This is fairly small, to use yourself on your arms or legs is nice, but someone else to use it on your back, I'd prefer it to be larger
I I find this type of tool perfect for working out knots in your shoulders when you can't get to the spa for a massage. It works even better if you have someone at home to use it for you. It's not as high quality as a previous version I have owned, but it still does the trick. I took off one star for the quality but it is good for the price.

How I used it:
I applied some peppermint oil and CBD oil to the skin and massaged the area with this wooden tool.

This made massaging the area a breeze. Whereas normally, with my hand and fingers I am trying to add enough pressure in the right spot to relieve the pain. Using this, I was able to effortlessly add more pressure to the area that needed the pressure. I was able to add continuous pressure while moving it along the back. 5 stars for the ease it made massaging.

They felt it did a very good job. Something they pointed out was they enjoyed it much more with the peppermint oil that was applied to the skin.
How is it made:
This is a well made product. It isn't going to fall apart upon use. I can tug on the legs of it and it doesn't pull loose.
I found the way it is made beneficial in using it. I could use the top massage ball to really massage an area or knot. Whereas I used the 3 balls to cover a greater area.
5 stars- adding a little peppermint oil and CBD oil made this tool glide across the skin. The tool was able to dig into areas that I could never add enough pressure or do an adequate job. It made giving a therapeutic massage much easier and more effective.
Typical wooden handheld massager that does an adequate job at helping erase some aches and pains. Perfect size for travel, and doesn't take up a lot of space.
